CANCELLATION POLICY

Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase. Our team works hard to ensure that you have your jewelry out in a timely fashion so we start the creation process immediately after placing the order. If you need to cancel the transaction, feel free to contact us within 12 hours upon purchasing.

To request a cancellation, please reply directly to your order confirmation email within 12 hours of purchase.

RETURN POLICY

You have a generous 60 days to return your product if you are unhappy about it. Please note that there will be a 30% non refundable fee, as well as a flat $10 fee for return shipping. 

Personalized jewelry pieces are crafted uniquely for you, making them eligible for exchange or store credit in the event of an error on our part. As these items are customized to your specifications, undamaged personalized items are non-refundable. We kindly urge you to thoroughly review your order before completing the purchase to ensure accuracy in all details.

REPLACEMENTS

If your order is incorrect due to receiving the wrong product or design please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will replace it as fast as possible.
